Privacy Policy

Hustle Predicts does not require accounts, does not collect your name, email, or payment details, and does not sell personal data. The only information we store is what you choose to post (comments and chat messages, with the display handle you pick) and standard technical logs created by our hosting provider.

Community content. When you post a comment or chat message, we store the message text, the display handle you typed, an optional YES/NO position tag, and a timestamp. This content is public to all visitors. Your handle is also saved in your own browser’s local storage so you don’t have to retype it — it never leaves your device except as part of messages you post.

Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard request logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve and secure the site. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not set advertising cookies. We use browser local/session storage for functional purposes only: remembering your chat handle and, on the admin page, an admin session key. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Market data is fetched from Kalshi and Polymarket public APIs by our servers. AI picks are generated by sending market data (never your personal information) to an AI model via Vercel AI Gateway. When you click out to Kalshi or Polymarket — including our referral links — those sites have their own privacy policies, and referral links may allow the exchange to associate your signup with this site for commission purposes.

Chat and comment threads keep a rolling window of recent messages per market (older messages are discarded automatically). If you want a message you posted removed, email ajwestfield8889@gmail.com with a link to the market and the handle/timestamp, and we will remove it.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
