Hustle Predicts (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an informational and entertainment website that displays publicly available prediction-market data from third-party exchanges (Kalshi and Polymarket) and publishes opinions — “picks” — authored by the site’s operators (“Hustle Cartel”) or generated by artificial intelligence. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Service is a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any contract, security, or other instrument. Picks — whether from Hustle Cartel or AI-generated — are opinions published for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content can be wrong, outdated, or misleading. We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or commodity trading advisors. Any decision to trade on any prediction market is yours alone, made at your own risk.

Hustle Predicts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi Inc. or Polymarket. Market data shown on the Service comes from those exchanges’ publicly available APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of data.

Links from the Service to Kalshi and Polymarket may be referral or affiliate links. We may earn commissions, referral bonuses, or other compensation when you sign up for or trade on those platforms after following our links. This compensation does not change the prices you pay and does not influence the market data we display.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss and may be restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and with each exchange’s own terms. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER (US).

The Service lets you post comments and chat messages. You are solely responsible for what you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, spam, market manipulation, personal information about others, or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or restrict posting at any time, for any reason, without notice. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and moderate your content as part of operating the Service. Messages are public — do not post anything you want kept private.

The Service’s design, branding, and original content are owned by the operator of Hustle Predicts. You may not copy, scrape at scale, resell, or create derivative products from the Service without permission. Market data belongs to its originating exchanges.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time.
